Every item is handmade with care and ships 1 to 10 business days from the date of payment. If you need an item by a certain date, please contact us so that we can let you know if it is possible and make necessary shipping arrangements. Added shipping costs may apply for expedited shipping requests.
For international shipping, we mark all customs paperwork factually & will not mark customs labels as "gifts". Buyers are responsible for and customs/VAT fees that their country may apply to their purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
I hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase. My items are handmade and no two items are the same. Since they are not machine made, there may be marks of “imperfection” that add to the handmade feel of your item. Please contact me within 3 days or receipt of your item if you are unhappy so that I may have the opportunity to correct any error if necessary.
For hygienic reasons, hats cannot be returned once the packaging seal is broken.
Clearance Sale items and custom orders cannot be returned.
Shipping costs will not be refunded and customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
